What brands do you print on?
SOULSKY standard t-shirts are printed on American Apparel and Alstyle.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page has links to sizing charts. Refer to these charts and any special instructions given for each product.
I ordered two shirts of the same size, why is one smaller?
Some of the designs are printed on different style shirts. Check the product description for any special sizing notes.
How should I care for my tee? Will it shrink?
The best way to care for your tee is to turn it inside out and machine or hand wash it cold. Since all of the shirts have some percentage of cotton, they will tend to shrink a little after being washed and dried. For the least shrinkage, dry on low or hang dry.
What type of printing process is used on your apparel?
All of our t-shirts are screen printed. Check the product pages for the specific type of printing for each individual product.
Will the printing fade?
Those that have soft water-based inks, will fade some after being washed. Black prints tend to fade the most, but will still hold up for lots of wear and washes.
Will you notify me when you release a new design or restock a current design?
How will it take for my tee to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in the US takes 5-10 business days. International orders usually take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. The tracking for international orders will not update once the package leaves the US, but the order is still on its way. Any order placed on the weekend or on a Holiday will be handled the next available business day.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the US are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on the size of your order and your country. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, select your country, and press the “update total” button. *Please note: Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world.

We accept all the main major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept direct payments through PayPal.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

What is your return policy?
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. In general, unworn shirts can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery. For all returns and exchanges, please email email@example.com with the subject title “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE” and include the name on your order and your Invoice ID within your email, BEFORE returning the product. Items that have been washed, actually worn or damaged in any way after they have been received cannot be returned or exchanged. If your item is damaged when you receive it, please contact our customer service department at: firstname.lastname@example.org. If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional charge. When you send in your item, please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase. Please package your product carefully when shipping it back to us.
